Lifestyle

At 92, Swamiji follows a daily schedule of yoga and exercises. He is also an accomplished sportsman regularly winning the man of the match awards for his Academy cricket team. At 6 feet tall, Swamiji has maintained a 32-inch waistline, 148 pound weight and ideal blood pressure and sugar levels for the past 67 years!
